Wonderful stay with friendly staff
We had a fantastic experience with spacious and clean rooms that offered great views. The staff were truly exceptional, especially Dean at breakfast, who provided helpful tips and topped off our water bottles. The location was perfect, just a short walk from local attractions and the beautiful River Ness. an AC would have made our unusually warm stay more comfortable.

I had a great time at Blackfriars! The room was spacious and clean. Really enjoyed the fantastic pressure in the shower. The bathroom felt modern. A delightful touch was the cookies and bottled water waiting for me. The location is perfect, just a short walk to shops and the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, made me feel welcomed right away. The pub below served yummy food, adding to the cozy atmosphere. the noise from the street was noticeable at times, especially late at night. It definitely interfered with my sleep. The absence of A/C might be uncomfortable during warmer weather too, but a fan was provided. this place is charming, just needs a bit of work on noise control.
